🌳Ash Snag Creation

🌳This ash tree was rich in wildlife, so every decision was made with ecology in mind. The honey bee hive was carefully preserved and left completely undisturbed.

🌳Rather than using flush cuts, we created natural tear cuts to encourage controlled decay. This promotes insect colonisation and the formation of cavities—providing valuable habitat for bats, birds, and a wide range of other species to thrive.

🌳An aerial tree inspection was carried on two beech trees to check for there health and potential hazards they pose.
